Cheng is a highly experienced physiotherapist and kinesiologist with over 10 years of expertise in helping athletes and fitness enthusiasts recover from injuries and enhance their performance. His passion for physical rehabilitation began through his own experience with injuries during his football career, which led him to focus on helping others return to full strength. Cheng has spent much of his career working in personal training-focused gym environments, where he specializes in guiding both athletes and weekend warriors back to their sport or fitness goals following injuries.

Throughout his career, Cheng has worked with a wide range of athletes, including those from the NLL, AFL, NRL, Junior Hockey, and CIS, in both Australia and Canada.
